Learning to Create a Sitemap

What is a Sitemap?
I call myself confused sitemap terms in a language easily understood, it might be clearer if I say a sitemap or a navigation map on the blog that aims to facilitate visitors in seeing the contents of a web / blog.

You could say the navigation map address sitemap is a blog / web.

The sitemap is like Table of Contents on the blog.
Up here, about the existing shadow? Like what and how is a sitemap.

The advantage of using Sitemap:

Many will we get from the sitemap on the blog, among others:

Easier for visitors in search of an article
Some of the steps of SEO (Search Engine Optimization)
Blog / Web will look more presentable, etc..

There are many ways that are easier to learn to make maps of this site, among others, if you have a Google account, can be a way using Google Webmaster Tools.

Create SiteMap with Google Webmaster Tool:
For users of the Google Account and use Blogger, of course, already familiar, the term Google Webmaster Tools.

Well, to make its sitemap, you can follow the steps below:

Make sure the Blog / Web you have too verification
Visit www.google.com/webmasters/tools
If you do not have an account, Select the 'Sign Up'
Once entered click 'Add Site', then enter the blog address that you want to make SiteMap
Click on 'Site Configuration', at top left
Click the 'SiteMap'
Click the Submit a Sitemap
You can write down the address as below, in the blanks.
- feeds/posts/default
- atom.xml?redirect=false&start-index=1&max-results=100
- atom.xml?redirect=false
Choose one, or you can use them all.
Then press the Submit button Sitemap
After that, if there is a picture clock, meaning you are successful and is still in the process to completed.


Take advantage of the Website Service Sitemap

A more practical way, to create a sitemap, without having a list you can visit the site www.xml-sitemaps.com

For the steps, you can follow the way below:
Goto www.xml-sitemaps.com
Fill in your address, the Starting column Url
At the option Change frequency, Last modification, you fill None in Priority
Then click the Start button
After that will come a popup 'Please wait. Sitemap generation in progress ... '
Done.
